As you can see with all of the content I’ve been posting recently in the Beginner’s Build Series, I’m on a mission to help new lifters get in the gym and start making gains.
For this reason, I built the Beginner’s Build Program, a 7-week training program for people interested in lifting weights but unsure where to start. The program provides you with all of the sets, reps, and exercises you need to take care of business in the weight room—it even includes links to videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise.
Below, you’ll find a link to make a copy of the program spreadsheet, as well as videos covering the remaining information you’ll need to get started (including an explainer video for reading and using the spreadsheet).
The only thing left for you beginners to do is to get started (it’s almost the New Year…it’s a great time to start).
