In a previous post, called Sauna Science, I wrote about research suggesting that sauna-use is beneficial for physical performance, cognition, and health.
In addition, I posted a follow-up article about Garolla and Colleagues’ 2013 study that tested whether sauna-use impacts sperm metrics related to male-fertility.
