Looking at exercise-induced weight-loss in identical twins

If you’ve ever noticed that some people seem to lose or gain weight more easily than others, then you’ve probably wondered whether, or to what degree, genetics is responsible for these differences.

This time in the Talking Studies Series, I cover how Bouchard and Colleagues’ took an interesting approach to exploring this question via a weight-loss protocol with identical twins in their paper, The Response to Exercise with Constant Energy Intake in Identical Twins.
